What’s Your Story?

We all have a story. It is what drives us or repels us. It is a challenge for some of us to remember our real stories so we simply modify them. For every life story there is a back story, our past. How we define our past is what defines us.

Don’t be afraid to expose what so many try to hide. When we mask our truth, we destroy the beauty of our true selves and the essence of who we are. It’s only through truth that we can be truly free.

Many are faced with bullying – from high school to the workplace. Bullying is taboo, yet in some circles it has become an acceptable norm. When you succumb to bullying, you are saying to the perpetrator, “You have power over my life, my secrets, and those things I hold valuable!” When you take back the power from people who want to expose your secrets, and those things important to you, you can determine your outcomes. Tell your truth in your voice.

Truth is liberating not debilitating! This is why women are finding freedom in baldness, embracing their bodies, and coming to terms with past bondages.

The good news is your past doesn’t have to equal your future. You can redefine your future and change the trajectory of your entire life!

Write your narrative before someone with ill will shares their version with pictures and videos! Silence the naysayers who are not happy with your current success by owning your truth, back story and all!

When you speak out:

  • Be truthful
  • Be authentic
  • Be brilliant

Don’t leave out the parts that can set someone else free. This is your life.
